Does it cost money to become a partner?
There is no joining fee or monthly partnership fee. Each offer shows a separate Izi booking fee charged as part of the customer booking. The customer pays you directly, and after trip completion the app explains how to send that displayed fee to Izi Movers.
Am I forced to accept every offer?
No. Review each matching offer and accept only when the vehicle, timing, route and required service are suitable. Consistent response and reliability still form part of partner performance.
Are trips guaranteed?
No platform can guarantee a fixed number of jobs. Matching depends on customer demand, your coverage area, availability, vehicle capability, service requirements and performance.
Can a transport company join?
Yes. Companies can register multiple service areas, vehicles and linked drivers. Company administrators review offers, assign a suitable driver and monitor the trip.
What happens after I sign up?
Check your email, create your portal password, complete your application and submit the required information. Operations reviews the application and contacts you if anything needs attention. Approved partners then use the Izi Partner app to manage opportunities.
